Budding cheese-makers from NSW, Victoria, Tasmania, Queensland and Western Australia recently attended courses run by the National Centre for Dairy Education at Werribee in Victoria, and the Trib was there! Celebrating the successful completion of several days of hard work with a batch of camembert, were Kathleen Allan and Jane Southwell (holding the Travelling Tribune right and left respectively) from Yass.
